Sovereign Energy Stack (Cognitive Core), a high-security, turnkey procurement package designed for mission-critical infrastructure. By leveraging the Sourcewell contract vehicle through TD SYNNEX, this solution allows utilities and datacenter operators to deploy an advanced 150 MW BESS with the speed of a catalog purchase and the security of a hardened, sovereign defense system.

Project Objective: Secure, high-uptime 100-150 MW BESS for Tier 5 Datacenters and Utility Peak Shaving.

1. The Physical Foundation (Hardware & Local Control)

The stack begins with industrial-grade energy storage components managed by Jikong (JK) technology.

  • JK (jiKong) Battery Management: High-performance active balancing (2A) modules ensure cell longevity and prevent thermal hotspots across massive 150 MW arrays.

  • PID Inverter Control: Traditional Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) loops govern the Honeywell/JK inverters, providing the millisecond-response frequency regulation required to protect sensitive datacenter servers during grid transients.

  • Graybar Infrastructure: All physical switchgear and high-voltage cabling are sourced through Graybar to ensure NEMA-grade industrial compliance.


2. The Intelligence Layer (Secure Edge AI)


To ensure Sovereignty, the AI does not live in the public cloud. It runs natively on IBM Power 10/11 hardware at the datacenter edge.

  • Equitus.ai Fusion (KGNN): A Knowledge Graph Neural Network that runs on IBM's Matrix Math Accelerators (MMA). It ingests thousands of points of telemetry from JK and Honeywell, mapping relationships between cell chemistry, ambient cooling, and grid demand.

  • Ternex.ai (MaaP): "Migration as a Product" (MaaP) automates the ETL process, moving messy industrial data into the KGNN. It provides the Data Lineage and Providence required for ESG audits and regulatory security (NERC CIP).




3. The Control Layer ($PID - IP = PS$)


TruVolt.ai designs and staffs the BMS using the Cyberspatial PhaseSeer platform.

  • PhaseSeer (PS): Operates as the "Over-Watch." By analyzing thermal network traffic, it identifies inefficiencies in the standard PID loops.

  • Operational Formula: The system "subtracts" the digital noise and latency of standard Internet Protocol (IP) from the physical control (PID) to reach the PhaseSeer (PS) state—a predictive, self-healing energy network.
