TruVolt’s BESS
Client Onboarding & Access Authorization: TruVolt BESS + ArcXA EMS
Formal onboarding and "Day 1" sign-in sheet for Data Center clients integrating the TruVolt Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) governed by Equitus.ai ArcXA. Use this form to authorize the mapping of your infrastructure into the ArcXA semantic environment.
1. Client & Facility Identification
Organization Name: ________________________________________________
Primary Technical Contact: ________________________________________
Facility Location: ________________________________________________
Deployment Architecture Reference: image_99bc5f.png.
2. Infrastructure Mapping Authorization
By signing this sheet, you authorize ArcXA to utilize the Knowledge Graph Neural Network (KGNN) to map the following hardware relationships:
BESS to Inverter Correlation: Mapping DC-to-AC conversion efficiency and power throughput.
Energy Interdependency: Identifying how solar yield (500 kW) and Grid-tied inputs impact the Battery Management System (BMS) charging cycles.
Thermal Management (TMS): Integrating CAN and PID data for real-time cooling and safety monitoring.
3. EMS Governance & "Day 2" Protocols
Client acknowledges the use of the Post-Migration Issues & Resolution (PMIR) ingestion form to resolve operational challenges.
IIS (Integrated Information System): Unified operational view of Inverter and BMS data.
KGNN Optimization: Discovers patterns in discharge versus grid pricing for "Peak Shaving".
ICAM (Identity & Credential Access Management): All AI Core commands are restricted to authorized personnel listed below.
4. Authorized Personnel Sign-In
| Name | Role | Access Level (Read/Write/Override) | Signature |
5. Operational Acceptance
I acknowledge that ArcXA will provide predictive diagnostics and data provenance, tracking all "AI Control" decisions back to original sensor inputs (CAN/PID) for total transparency.
Authorized Client Signature: ___________________________ Date: __________
Note: Upon completion, this data will be ingested via the PMIR form to establish your baseline "Digital Twin" mapping.
